Description

Streetlights on Perry St next to River’s Edge have not been working since construction on the new apartment complex next door started. The area is extremely dark at night with active traffic going to the garage.

    The lights next to the Apartment building are not City of Richmond Property; they are privately owned and have been most likely disconnected for safety during construction. City of Richmond does not maintain or repair privately owned streetlights. Is is suggested to contact builder with concerns.
