    Dominion Energy owned and maintained streetlights; Citizen can report issue with Dominion Energy directly at 1-866-591-0157 and it is best to provide a pole number. City of Richmond does not follow up on Dominion Energy repairs; COR Streetlights does not repair Dominion Energy owned lights, poles or wires.
