- Staff · October 24, 2025Upon investigation of this area at 1600 Pope Ave we are aware of the underground problem by the construction. It's on the list for repairs. Area was investigated by KR/JT on 10/17/25. Not sure where the 1904 Texas came from not as issue at that location.
