Description

I originally sited this lamp out in DPU000032618 and I just got an email saying: "Upon investigation of this area all city lights are working in the area. Per KR/JT findings on 9/24/25". Last night I was walking home with my wife and the light was still out and because it was so dark, my wife tripped on one of the cracked sidewalks and we almost had a serious accident. Please check again and repair the light.

    The Location on this ticket is different from the location of ticket DPU32618 3100 W. Franklin (Belmont @ Cutshaw). The lights at this location are working. We will review the lights at the location noted on this ticket 2923 W. Broad St (Cutshaw @ Grace). The Technicians will go to the location noted on the ticket. It is the responsibility of the citizen to report the correct location of the outage.
