Description

There is frequently a very strong sewer odor coming from the storm sewer drain on Shields Ave at the NW corner of Shields and Floyd Ave. The odor actually comes into our bathrooms, but it is strongest coming from that sewer.

    This is not a sanitary sewer issue, it is a storm water issue. DPU000033225 has been opened on RVA311 so SWU can resolve the issue.
