- Staff · October 8, 2025This is all Dominion Energy owned and maintained street light area. The light being reported is a PRIVATE WATCH LIGHT not a streetlight. The light is privately owned and only the owner of the light an report the light to Dominion Energy for repair. The Owner of the light would contact Dominion Energy at 1-866-591-0157 with their account number and request the repair. City of Richmond does not follow up on Dominion Energy repairs; COR Streetlights does not repair Privately Owned Lights and do not repair Dominion Energy owned lights, poles or wires.
