Description

All the lighting for the alleyway block on Dorchester Rd (5403 is a nearby address), Bruton Rd and New Kent to Dorchester in Westover Hills. It's super dark. I did not get photos or numbers on the rest of the poles down the gravel alleyway starting from Bruton Rd between Dorchester Rd and New Kent Rd at 23225 in Westover Hills.
