Description
This is a water meter / access point. When the sidewalk replacement was done a water leak was discovered. A different contractor was brought in for repair. The resulting access portal is right next to the sidewalk and raised 3-4”above ground. Thus is a tripping hazard for walkers and children using the new sidewalks
