They are privately owned by the condominium community and whoever manages the condo community will have to contact Dominion Energy at 1-866-591-0157 with the account number for the condominiums and request a repair. Only the manager can request the repair with Dominion Energy. City of Richmond does not repair PRIVATE WATCH LIGHTS. Contact your property manager to make request on your behalf.
