    Cavitation is in direct line with the sewer basin in the street area. Cavitation has developed from basin to just past the gutter pan in parking lane. Pipe is blind capped in MH. Requesting dye test for conformation. Test results will determine next course of action. Safety cone placed over cavitation for safety and marker.
