    Dominion Energy maintained area; all lights, poles and wires are maintained by Dominion Energy not City of Richmond. Issue was reported to Dominion Energy 9/1/25. Resident can follow up on status of repair with Dominion Energy directly at 1-866-366-4357 and reference Dominion Energy Work Order 34553516. City of Richmond does not follow up on Dominion Energy repairs, COR Streetlights does not repair Dominion Energy lights, poles or wires.
