Down poles and wires do not get reported into RVA311. These are emergencies. This issue was forwarded to Superintended Frazier to investigate 1:27pm 8/28/25
  • Staff · August 28, 2025
Superintendent Frazier has investigated location and has found wire to be a Comcast drop at 4004 Forest Hill and a Guy anchor out of the ground at 4000 Forest Hill @ Roanoke. Not COR property. City of Richmond cannot remove or repair property belonging to other entities. We recommend resident contact Comcast to repair.
