Description
Location is the NW corner of Grove and Robinson. Large 4’x6’ plywood covering hole with 5 cones and caution tape placed several weeks ago. No further work has been done since. When road was resurfaced, appears the drain opening was damaged and excess asphalt has clogged what remains of opening. The corner of Grove Avenue and Robinson Street is impassable with any rainfall.
