Description
Waste has been dumped in the alley behind property for the third time - stumps, power line wire, branches, fencing, and other yard debris. Can confirm who is responsible, its from a back-alley neighbor that had storm damage. Trash service does not pick up, and it’s creating an unsightly and potentially hazardous condition. I would appreciate if someone could investigate or remove the debris.
