At street in front of 216 East Hillcrest Avenue, RVA 23226 (just north of driveway) at intersection with Charmian Road. So many numbers on pole, I'm not sure which is which.

    This is not a Street Light this is a Private Watch Light that is owned and paid for by property owner. Property owner must call Dominion Energy at 1-866-366-4357 with account number and pole number to request repair. City of Richmond does not repair Private Watch Lights.
