Citizen was advised to call back to report missing cover if it had not been replaced in a few weeks, which it has not. Cover appears to be in hole, COR cone is on top.

    Not manhole per se. This is one of the old meter boxes with a round cover, that is broken and will no longer stay on. Meter is installed (see photo)

    2204 Perry St. is indeed a water meter the top that was in reference at this location. Meter is not missing a top at this time. 3/5/2026
