Only the OWNER of the light can request light to be repaired. Owner of the light will contact Dominion Energy at 1-866-366-4357 with account number and pole number and request repair. City of Richmond does not repair Private Watch Lights. City of Richmond does not follow up on Dominion Energy repairs; COR Streetlights does not repair Dominion Energy owned lights, poles or wires.
