    Work is complete, their is not #4 duplex feeding lights. At the rear of 214 W. 34th Street installed 130' of #4 duplex between poles 12637 and light pole 26900. Install 3' arm and 70w LED and make connection at both lights. Hang light on 26900. Make jumper on pole 13349 to re-connect circuit. Work done by CH/JT/Mastec on 8/26/25
