Description
Storm drain in front of 8328 halesworth road is completely obstructed, causing flooding of the roadway, flooding of my driveway at 8338 Halesworth road, substantial property damage, damage to city street with asphalt erosion on both sides of the street, have submitted multiple requests to 311 with no resolution. This has become an flooding emergency and needs to be corrected immediately
