Description
Citizen called says he was transferred back to 311 for request ticket. He says there is a manhole in front of the address of 10300 Maplested Lane that has rusted water come out of it and it's all over the court. He says currently there is water standing around manhole. A couple of months ago a utility truck came out and cut a piece of pipe ( 4-5 inches) and has left it leaning on the neighbors tree.
