Had been a pot hole that had been patched, but has since gotten worse and is now holding water. Someone has recently lost a bumper. Is right next to the &Pizza.

    This is not a sanitary sewer issue. DPW needs to be contacted. I have opened DPW000209782 on RVA311 so DPW can resolve the issue.
