Rivers assess this location on 9/3/2025 and spoke with the citizen Mr. John Schwartz: Found: (1) out of (4) inlets at the intersection of Halifax & Mason street was completely clogged with sediment. All other inlets were free of debris & sediment. A review of the area for recent construction activity was made to determine why so much sediment had made its way to this inlet only. No recent activity was found. Solution: Clean the clogged inlet and use high pressure water to clean the lateral connection if access is available. Check all other inlets as well.
