Description
After multiple clean outs and reviews of this storm drain, the problem remains. It is slow to drain and takes more than 24 hours to drain after a storm. Trash and debris collect there. A comprehensive review needs to be done, as previous cleanouts have bene unsuccessful. Immediately after rain water in street can span more than 50 feet.

- Staff · August 31, 2025Dpu Storm Water Maintenance has assess this situation. An annual contractor has been assigned to correct the negative slow drainage at this location. B. Wright in-house engineer is the Project Manager for this repair. Repairs are underway within the next 30 days. Request will be closed to DPU Storm Water Utility Division. D. Rivers spoke with Ms. Noble on Saturday, August 30th in regards to this request and her request submit for the stagnate water in the alley. Ms. Noble was informed about the plan of action to correct the drainag in the front of Greenwood Ave.
