Description
Pipe between the 2 stormwater basins (at the driveway of 4325/4301 and basin in front of 4301) is clogged. Causes basin at 4325/4301 to back up and road flooding in front of 4325 Shirley. Connecting pipe b/t needs to be cleaned. Basins are clean.
