    Citizen also wanted to add that the sewer lateral was left disconnected over night which is what caused the sinkhole, and also flooding in her basement.

    This is not a sanitary sewer issue. It is a missing water valve top. Dispatch has been notified so Water Maint. can resolve the issue.
