We will have someone investigate about the exposed wire. However missing poles are not reported into RVA311. DPU Streetlights is aware of all missing poles as they are retrieved by Streetlights after they are knocked down. If a pole has not been replaced that pole is not available. All poles will be replaced when they are available and there is no ETA to provide for pole replacements. For more information feel free to contact Superintendent Frazier at 804-646-8564.
