Description
Over the last year the flooding at the SW corner of Kensington at Belmont has become increasingly concerning. Drivers of sedans and low vehicles race to move their car (if they are home), RFD has had to race through high flooded roads posing a danger to people and vehicles. Is it a drainage problem? Concerned about hydroplaning and property damage.
