Description

Lamp blinking. This is a very narrow street and it's dangerous to drive during the night. Light blinking is noisy and unpleasant.

    All lights poles and wires are owned and maintained by Dominion Energy. Issue was reported to Dominion Energy on resident's behalf today 6/26/25. Resident can follow up with Dominion Energy directly at 1-866-366-4357 and reference Dominion Energy Work Order #34468150. City of Richmond does not follow up on Dominion repairs; COR Streetlights does not repair Dominion Energy lights, poles or wires.
