    Not City of Richmond, COR does not have any wires, poles or lights in this area. Wires may be Dominion, Verizon or Comcast. Contacted resident via voice mail to contact Dominion Energy. Issue was reported to Dominion today 6/26/25 to Dominion already, but a second call may be of help.
