- Staff · August 30, 2025This request has been sent to Dpu Storm Water Division in error. This is a sanitary sewer issue with a back up in the basement. D. Rivers made contact with the citizen (Ms. Rachel Sargent, Property Manager) who stated that the issue has been resolved. They hired a plumber to unclogged the sanitary sewer lateral. Raw sewage had backup in the basement during a rain event. This request is closed to Dpu Storm Water Division.
