Description

Not sure if the cover is missing but there is a huge hole. We reported to 311 as pothole and DPW closed it and said it was a “cave in” and that they contacted DPU to fix it, but nothing has been done.

    We have dye tested the cave-in and it is positive on the sanitary sewer. We will be continuing our investigative process to see what repairs may be needed. I have created a WO and attached this SR to it.
