- Staff · June 10, 2025Missing poles are not reported into RVA311. DPU Streetlights is aware of all missing poles as they are retrieved by Streetlights after they are knocked down. If a pole has not been replaced that pole is not available. All poles will be replaced when they are available and there is no ETA to provide for pole replacements.
