Description
This manhole cover has popped off at least three times in the past six months from the pressure/weight of regular traffic. I live nearby and have moved the cover back into place twice myself. This poses a great risk to drivers on Arthur Ashe Blvd and could easily lead to a substantial crash or accident. I’m not sure if it should be lowered or raised, but I implore you to secure it.
