Description
There is a manhole which has the cover popping off. Since Thursday (6/5/25) I have seen it pop off 4 separate times, I live right nearby. This has caused at least 2 peoples tires to pop, but I’ve seen/heard multiple people hit the open hole or manhole cover when it’s popped out. Each time either a person walking by or maybe the city as well will put the manhole back, but it eventually becomes loud again (you can hear when people drive over the manhole) and eventually pops out. So there must be something faulty going on.
