Description
Water/sewage has been leaking from this manhole cover on a constant basis for the past 9 months. This also occurred 2 years ago -- it leaked for 18 months, then it was fixed. The fix only lasted about 4-6 months before the same problem reoccurred and has been leaking ever since. I noticed some work was being done about 4 months ago, but the next day the problem still existed. Given all of the recent water problems in Richmond, I think this deserves immediate attention.
