    Dominion Energy owned and maintained streetlights. Issue was reported to Dominion Energy 5/28/25. Citizen can follow up on status of repair with Dominion Energy Directly at 1-866-366-4357 and reference Dominion Energy Work Order #34427186. City of Richmond does not follow up on Dominion Energy repairs; COR Streetlights does not repair Dominion Energy owned lights, poles or wires.
