Description

My streetlight has been out for over a week now! I submitted a ticket last Friday and the ticket was closed with the comment that a tree had fallen on Dominion Energy’s property? I talked with Dominion and they know nothing about this and this pole is not serviced by them. Crews have been digging and filling in our street for weeks now. Did some underground wires get accidentally damaged during the digging.This never would be happening if I lived in Windsor Farms! Fulton residents pay taxes too

    Ticket was noted and closed as this is still an active issue and repeated tickets are not necessary. Due to the magnitude of the outage it is still in progress. Electric Utility cannot repair electric in the rain as water is conductive and will cause injury. As it rains it hinders the repair. Streetlights is working to restore all lights.

    Work is complete, replaced bad 160w LED with 70w LED FAWS 10 on lamp 26272. Work done by JT/Mastec on 5/30/25.
