Description

They redid underground sewer stuff a year ago and repaved the road - ever since the manhole cover rattles so loudly anytime someone drives on it and people speed down our rode - it wakes us up constantly and is loud and disruptive all day - causing all the dogs to freak out everytime it rattles/bangs
