Description
sent us an email about the lights at the canal walk in Shockoe Bottom. For several months, the light post has been tagged with an orange ribbon signifying the lamp isn't working properly. The canal walk is very dark at night, and light is needed. He would like to know the plan for when the lights will be replaced.
