Description
The storm drain on Commonwealth Ave at the corner of 4501 W Grace St does not drain. During extended periods of rain, water flows out of the drain and south along Commonwealth Ave to a drain on Monument Ave, which also appears to be completely blocked as no water flows into it. The app is not permitting attachment of photos.
