Description
on the street accross from 706 E 31st St light is very bright needs to be dimmed. One light is on the Street the other is in the alley behind 3019 Stonewal ave vey bright and causing issues for us at night. would like the Lights dimmed please- DPU POLE #14358 and the other one VEPCO S092
