    After speaking with the property manager Thomas Denzler for (SR: 55823) 3531 Hanover Ave. and 3535 Hanover Ave. the grate behind the home is not a City issue and is a property issue he is aware of the situation and currently has a maintenance ticket into fix the problem. No further work to be done.
