Resident can follow up on the status of repair with Dominion Energy directly at 1-866-366-4357 and reference Dominion Energy Work Order #34412432. City of Richmond does not follow up on Dominion Energy repairs; COR Streetlights does not repair Dominion Energy owned lights, poles or wires.
