Resident can follow up on status of repair with Dominion Energy directly at 1-866-366-4357 and reference Dominion Energy Work Order 334408636. City of Richmond does not follow up on Dominion Energy repairs, COR Streetlights does not repair Dominion Energy lights, poles or wires.
