Description

Heavy rain, lake forms in far back corner of church parking lot 332SPine & alley & runs like a fast river over the alley and straight into the back of my property 339 S Laurel & 337 S Laurel flooding back of my house and into crawlspace. Have video. This rain is flooding both 339 & 341 S Laurel's basement and crawlspaces because of the "river" flowing from the alley. Even a temporary fix such as sandbags at the back of the 339 S Laurel lot where it meets the alley would be appreciated.
