- Staff · May 1, 2025All streetlights in this area are owned and maintained by Dominion Energy. I contacted resident to inform him of this and provided Dominion Energy contact to report issue. I also reported issue on Dominion Energy map. Resident can follow up on status of repair with Dominion Energy directly at 1-866-366-4357 and reference Dominion Energy Work Order #34396531. City of Richmond does not follow up on Dominion Energy repairs and COR Streetlights does not repair Dominion Energy lights, poles or wires.
