Streetlights are all out in the Forest View neighborhood, from Clarence St on the north end, Hilltop Ave on the south and west, to W. 49th St on the east of the neighborhood. The poles listed above are at the intersection of Forest View Dr and Pinecrest Ave and are listed as a reference. All other street lights in this neighborhood are out.
