- Staff · April 29, 2025As per Superintendent Frazier of COR Streetlights, They are for lighting of the parking lot of the church.. These are considered Private Watch Lights not Streetlights. To report these lights to Dominion Energy you will contact Dominion Directly at 1-866-366-4357 and report that PRIVATE WATCH LIGHTS are out and provide the Dominion Account number for the Church. COR Streetlights does not repair Private Watch Lights, Private Watch Lights are paid for to and maintained by Dominion Energy.
