Description
I wanted to inform the City of Richmond that Dominion Power is referring all contacts to your locality concerning all Street Light Outages on Hull Street Road between East Belt Blvd and Arizona Drive. Someone at Dominion Power is advising that the City of Richmond is responsible for this area and I know that is not true. There are over a minimum of nine (9) Street Lights out and I wanted the City of Richmond to be aware of this miscommunication.
