    Same day tickets are not escalations, all lights out tickets are investigated same day when issue is received. Streetlights will investigate the lights tonight as per Superintendent Frazier.

    This issue was resolved last night, 4/1/2025. The 150w lamp was replaced at pole #32886 which is located at 3517 Skipping Rock Way. The crew patrolled the entire sub-division and all other lights were operational.
